House of Vakil Tojjar was established by Mirza Mohammad Baqer Mizani in 1930 as a trading centre. His title, Vakil Tojjar, meaning “trusted by businessmen” was given to his father by the Qajar government officials due to his role in supporting businesses. The architecture of the building employs clever techniques to transform the complex geometry of the land into symmetrical internal spaces. In addition , the interior is adorned with traditional plasterwork, calligraphy, brickwork and tiling. This building is registered in the list of national monuments of Iran and was renovated to its current form by the descendants of Mirza Mohammad Baqer, throughout 5 years and opened in 2017 as a cafè and restauran
